I’ve been getting my nesting on (currently 31 weeks pregnant as of writing) and making lots of bone broth as a star ingredient of nourishing soups, stews and slow cooker meals. This has meant I’ve been getting a lot of rendered tallow and lard as a byproduct. While I save these precious fats to use in cooking, I’ve recently had an overabundance and I can hear my granny telling me to not waste a drop!
